We are so grateful to have Shenaaz join the team at Diepsloot Combined School. With a change of work circumstances Shenaaz was able to give two days of her time to the school. She proposed and initiated an Arts and Crafts program. The principal was more than happy to work this into the schedule and Shenaaz got to work right away!

Shenaaz writes, "In my first project the grade 8 students were taught as part of their creative arts class how to make greeting cards from material I had donated.
This formed part of their curriculum, covering visual art.
The learners were given the opportunity to express their creativity and have some fun!"
